Client-Side Internet Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting steps for the client-side.

  1. Check the NBN or Starlink Box
    • For NBN: Refer to this light guide → NBN Box Light Status
    • Ensure all cables are plugged in securely.
  2. Restart the Modem / Internet Box
    • Power it off, wait at least 10 minutes, then turn it back on.
  3. Restart the FortiGate Firewall
    • Switch it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it on again.
  4. If Still No Internet
    • Contact us and let us know you’ve completed the steps above.
    • Wait for further instructions in case onsite troubleshooting is needed.
