Client-Side Internet Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting steps for the client-side.
- Check the NBN or Starlink Box
- For NBN: Refer to this light guide → NBN Box Light Status
- Ensure all cables are plugged in securely.
- Restart the Modem / Internet Box
- Power it off, wait at least 10 minutes, then turn it back on.
- Restart the FortiGate Firewall
- Switch it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it on again.
- If Still No Internet
- Contact us and let us know you’ve completed the steps above.
- Wait for further instructions in case onsite troubleshooting is needed.
